We know Nomy hasn’t been the easiest person to love this season, and we understand why people have formed their opinions about her. We’re not asking anyone to excuse her mistakes or pretend she’s perfect.

But when everyone has already decided someone is the bad person, it’s easy to forget there’s still a human being behind it all.

From the conversation Big Brother had with Nomy, we also learned that she came to the diary room wearing a merch and was asked to go change before returning. That context wasn’t shown to us at the time, so it’s understandable why people may have interpreted the situation differently.

She didn’t take accountability during her diary session, and that’s something she has to own. But we cannot deny the fact that this week, she has also been making a conscious effort to do better.

Nomy is still growing, learning and figuring things out. We can hold her accountable without defining her by her mistakes.
