@TroySmithBBQ Yes! I’m a huge fan of sous vide and smoke although I smoke after sous vide for the best results / more intense smoke flavor. Pro tip: smoke stocks better to wet protein so it’s the only time you don’t dry the meat after a sous vide. I wrote about it on my ebook.
I think you might be overreacting just a touch. This is life on social. Obviously your followers love you. Just appeal and move on because if it is complaint driven, then congrats. That’s how you know when you finally made it. Somebody’s always going be upset about something . A lot of this is also AI driven (which I talk about on my other page @tripleironIT ) You’re not being censored. AI is just picking up words and doing what it was hired to do.
