@tim_cook the replacement phone is faulty according to Apple. they won’t send another replacement until they put a hold of £549 on my card for an iPhone 12! I don’t have this & they say there’s no other way. Could you help please? Thank you

I’d like to draw your attention to my recent experience with Apple. I had my phone replaced in Feb 26 due to several internal issues. The replacement has malfunctioned since I got it-particularly the audio during phone calls, affecting my business & life.
