Rahul Pathak from Shahjahanpur, UP (1811 Pioneer) was officially discharged in March 2026 under AFMSF-10 due to "Adjustment Disorder and Epilepsy" and repeated disciplinary violations. Yet on 6th March 2026, he was spotted at Jantar Mantar in full Army camouflage uniform, addressing media and levelling baseless allegations of corruption in Indian Army.

🚫 Important Note: This individual is a former soldier who has reportedly struggled with mental health issues and substance abuse. He was discharged from service following serious disciplinary violations and has since faced criminal proceedings, including arrest and imprisonment in a murder case, along with allegations of domestic violence.

🔎This is just an attempt to malign the image of Indian Army to hide his own misdeeds or gain undue sympathy.

उत्तर प्रदेश के शाहजहाँपुर के राहुल पाठक (1811 पायनियर) को मार्च 2026 में AFMSF-10 के तहत आधिकारिक रूप से "एडजस्टमेंट डिसऑर्डर और मिर्गी" तथा बार-बार अनुशासनहीनता के कारण सेवा से मुक्त कर दिया गया था। इसके बावजूद, 6 मार्च 2026 को उन्हें जंतर-मंतर पर पूर्ण सेना की कैमोफ्लाज वर्दी में मीडिया को संबोधित करते हुए और भारतीय सेना पर भ्रष्टाचार के निराधार आरोप लगाते हुए देखा गया।

🚫 महत्वपूर्ण सूचना: यह व्यक्ति एक पूर्व सैनिक है, जिसके बारे में बताया जाता है कि वह मानसिक स्वास्थ्य संबंधी समस्याओं और नशीले पदार्थों के दुरुपयोग से जूझता रहा है। गंभीर अनुशासनहीनता के मामलों के बाद उसे सेवा से मुक्त किया गया। इसके पश्चात वह आपराधिक मामलों का भी सामना कर चुका है, जिनमें एक हत्या के मामले में गिरफ्तारी और कारावास, तथा घरेलू हिंसा के आरोप शामिल हैं।
