Dermoscopy is not only used for enhancing the diagnostic confidence, but may also be useful for monitoring the treatment effectiveness. A research paper by Stahlie et al. evaluates dermoscopic follow up of metastatic melanoma treated with talimogene laherparepvec. Interesting!
Linear BCCs are really peculiar cancers following the skin tension lines. A series of these rare pigmented tumors has recently been characterized in a paper by @DrCristianMD et al. in Dermatology Practical and Conceptual.
