This enduring stability serves as a powerful catalyst for progress, directly boosting investor confidence and assuring both domestic and international partners that Zimbabwe remains a secure and reliable destination for long-term investment.

Beyond our borders, Zimbabwe continues to be rightfully hailed across the entire Southern African region and the broader continent for its exceptional capacity to maintain peace and public order. Mr. Sajwani is widely recognized as a foundational architect of the Middle East’s luxury real estate landscape, famously pioneering the concept of "branded residences" globally alongside titans like Versace, Fendi, and Bugatti. Beyond his multi-billion dollar master-planned communities, his current aggressive expansion into global digital infrastructure, including a massive $20 Billion pivot into data centers via Edgnex, presents an extraordinary blueprint for modernization.

Today, I had the distinct honor of attending the 27th Ordinary Session of the National Consultative Assembly (NCA) at the ZANU-PF Headquarters in Harare, a seminal gathering presided over by H.E. President and First Secretary, Cde Dr. E.D. Mnangagwa. In a profound opening address, the President issued a compelling call for an unyielding unity of purpose across all echelons of the Party and the nation, emphasizing that collective cohesion is the bedrock upon which Zimbabwe's developmental goals will be realized.

Furthering this vision of national solidarity, he paid a reverent tribute to the late Father Zimbabwe, Dr. J.M.N. Nkomo, subsequently directing the Office of the Secretary-General to spearhead the development of a modern, comprehensive archive to preserve the rich tapestry of the Party's history and immortalize the monumental contributions of iconic trailblazers like Umdhala Wethu. Grounding the session in constitutional framework, the President characterized the NCA as an indispensable advisory organ under Article 11 of the Party Constitution, emphasizing that its collective leadership, institutional wisdom, and enduring patriotism must continue to steer the trajectory of both our revolutionary Party and the nation at large, while offering strategic ideological stewardship to all subsidiary organs.

Underscoring the imperatives of a modern era, the President exhorted members to progressively embrace technological innovation and deploy it with high responsibility to catalyze progress for both the Party and the sovereign state, resolutely reaffirming that ZANU-PF remains a permanent pillar of Zimbabwe's political landscape. On the economic front, he delivered a compelling vision of resource nationalism, reiterating that the nation's vast mineral wealth must tangibly enrich the livelihoods of every Zimbabwean and anchor broad-based national development. Turning to global statecraft, President Mnangagwa highlighted Zimbabwe's deliberate strides in fortifying bilateral relations with continental and international partners, particularly as the nation strategically positions itself to assume the prestigious Chairmanship of COMESA later this year. Today, I joined the First Family, led by H.E. Cde Dr. E.D. Mnangagwa and First Lady Amai Auxillia Mnangagwa, at Rusomo Farm in Masvingo to mourn and bury the President’s niece, Shamiso Mnangagwa, who passed away on Friday, 26 June 2026, in Masvingo.

May God grant the First Family comfort, strength, and solace as they lay their cherished daughter and niece to rest.

This remains a cornerstone initiative for our revolutionary party, ensuring a meticulous and robust audit of our grassroots membership.
I extend my sincere gratitude to my Cell Group Chairman for granting me the platform to address and engage with our dedicated party cadres. It was profoundly inspiring to witness the vibrant revolutionary fervor of our members as they chanted and sang, “2030 ndeyaEmmerson." Indeed, Constitution Amendment Bill No. 3 (CAB3) is progressing seamlessly through its legislative stages and now awaits Presidential assent—a testament to a process that is genuinely people-driven and reflective of the popular will.
Furthermore, I pledged my unwavering commitment to working hand-in-hand with our Cell Group Chairman and grassroots leadership to uplift and transform the livelihoods of our people at the foundational level. True leadership is anchored in community, and indeed, charity begins at home.
