I recently bumped into an old friend who asked me on a ‘private’ date. He said he would reserve an entire restaurant just for the two of us so that it’s special.
He told me it would cost 20million ugx for the night. (It is a high end restaurant) This is minus food and drinks.
I was like “eh why don’t you just give me that money!?”
He laughed and said, “imagine how much I make in a week if I can spend that on a night”
Anyway, I just laughed it off but guys, this man didn’t even buy me a glass of wine that day we met. He didn’t even offer me chips.
So I’m not sure who’s fooling who 🤭
