عمر اعوان اور افتخار درانی کے بعد آج پی ٹی آئی سے وابستگی کے "جرم " میں سابق رکن قومی اسمبلی شاندانہ گلزار کو اغواء کر لیا گیا۔ شاندانہ گلزار کو اس سے پہلے بھی اسلام آباد پولیس کی طرف سے متعدد مرتبہ ہراساں کیا گیا۔ توقع تو یہی ہے کہ کل عدالت میں اسلام آباد پولیس شاندانہ کے اغوا سے بھی لاعلمی ظاہر کردے گی۔
امپورٹڈ حکومت کے آخری روز بھی اس طرح کی کارروائیاں کس کی ایماء پر کی جارہی ہیں؟ کیا اسلام آباد میں ذرّہ برابر بھی قانون کی عملداری رہ گئی ہے؟

Regarding jail conditions, our prime concern is "hygiene" - as it is half our faith, atleast place they are keeping Khan should be clean and dry enough to put praying mat and recite the Holy Quran!

Islamabad High Court heard the writ petition filed by Chairman PTI Imran Khan by me (Sher Afzal khan Marwat) advocate Supreme Court. The court was informed that the chairman PTI has been kept in solitude, which is a punishment under the bail manual and contrary to the law he has been locked in the Attock jail instead of Adyala jail in respect whereof the court the warrant of committal. The court was also informed that the Chairman PTI has been in a dirty tiny cell of 9x11 size with a dirty toilet and the room was inundated with rain water. There is no chair even. There is no care of hygiene and health condition of petitioner. At night the room is flooded with insects and flies. The court was further informed that the Chairman PTI has been denied access by immediately family, his lawyer, PTI members or his personal doctor. The court fixed the matter for tomorrow and issued notices and overruled the objections. In the meanwhile the court allowed the Mr. Sher Afzal khan Marwat Advocate, Umair Niazi Advocate, Naeem Haider Advocate to meet the Chairman PTI today. Case will be taken up tomorrow.
The Islamabad High court also heard the case about the abduction of Iftikhar Durrani, former spokesperson of PTI, family of Iftikhar Durrani was present, I also represented them and the court was informed by the Islamabad Police that case has been registered against an accused . To this the council for Iftikhar Durrani raised objection that IG Islamabad has specifically named in the complaint. Instead of registering the FIR over the complaint of the family, the police has registered its own version which is contrary to Law. The court took notice of it and directed SP to record the version of the complainant and to proceed it according to law.
The cases of Sheryar Afridi and his brother and his brother Farrukh Afridi were heard by the single bench of Lahore High Court, Rawalpindi Bench. I represented the petitioner and the court was informed that in the violation of the order whereby the Sheryar Afridi…. 3MPO order was annulled, the same Deputy Commissioner Rawalpindi has issued another order which amounts to obstructing the courts of justice and exhausting the process of Lahore High Court. The court also took serious notice of it and directed the state council to produce the Deputy Commissioner Rawalpindi along with CPO Rawalpindi who shall also explain to why contempt proceedings should not be initiated against him. The matter will be heard tomorrow.

اسلام آباد ہائی کورٹ میں پی ٹی آئی کے سابق ترجمان افتخار درانی کو زیر کرنے سے متعلق کیس کی بھی آج سماعت ہوئی، افتخار درانی کے اہل خانہ میرے ساتھ موجود تھے، اسلام آباد پولیس کی جانب سے عدالت کو بتایا گیا کہ ایک ملزم کے خلاف اس پر مقدمہ درج کرلیا گیا ہے۔ اس پر افتخار درانی کی کونسل نے اعتراض اٹھایا کہ شکایت میں آئی جی اسلام آباد کا نام خاص طور پر لیا گیا ہے۔ اہل خانہ کی شکایت پر ایف آئی آر درج کرنے کے بجائے پولیس نے اپنا ہی ورژن درج کر لیا جو خلاف قانون ہے۔ عدالت نے اس کا نوٹس لیا اور ایس پی رخسار مہدی کو ہدایت کی کہ وہ شکایت کنندہ کا ورژن ریکارڈ کریں اور قانون کے مطابق کارروائی کریں۔

ہماری خوش فہمیوں کے برعکس Isb police نے اپنی روایت برقرار رکھی اور افتخار درانی کے اغوا سے لاعلمی ظاہر کردی عمر اعوان کے اغوا سے لے کر آئی جی اسلام آباد انتہائی ڈھٹائی سے توہینِ عدالت کررہے ہیں مگر عدالت ان کے خلاف کوئی ٹھوس اقدام کرنے سے گریز کررہی ہے
وفاقی دارالحکومت کی فضا اس قدر غیر محفوظ پہلے کبھی نہیں تھی جس قدر پی ڈی ایم کی حکومت نے کردی ہے
