Founded in 2022 as Inland Empire Amazon Workers United, we are dedicated to securing an industry-leading union contract with @amazonteamsters at Amazon Air KSBD
"This is the first case litigated after
Cemex alleging the commission of an unfair labor practice simply because the employer did not
file an RM-petition and declined to recognize the union upon the presentation of a demand for
recognition," judge wrote https://t.co/qCx6t1pdgl
Why is Amazon so mad about us talking to our coworkers off the clock in a non-work area?
Maybe it’s because they’re afraid that we are standing with @AMZNforClimate to spread the word about their shady connections to ICE.
If you work at Amazon, join us!

We caught our Director of Operations live on camera breaking federal labor law when he came outside to threaten us over having a folding table 🚨
Ruben, we don’t know what they told you when you took this job, but workers at KSBD know our rights and are not afraid to use them!
“For [Amazon] to basically admit fault, come to a settlement, and not use their normal tactics shows that they knew they had no chance to win.”
Another WIN for the Amazon Teamsters! We have the right to withhold our labor AND we also have a right to NOT be retaliated against by our employer for doing so. Amazon had ILLEGALLY retaliated against strikers during the historic strike in December 2024 by STEALING our hard earned UPT. This agreement stops the threat of losing those hours and potentially losing our jobs for exercising our legal rights. Amazon knew they were wrong and come to the table to fix it. Next is forcing Amazon to come to the table for a contract!

KSBD workers—who have been on 4 strikes since 2022—were at the center of this case and will receive many hours of UPT back after Amazon conceded that it was stolen and kept from us each time in an illegal attempt to intimidate us.
Justice is served, and we’re coming for seconds!
WE WON: In a groundbreaking settlement negotiated between Amazon and the Teamsters, Amazon has agreed to end its retaliation against strikers!
“Historically, Amazon deducted Unpaid Time (UPT) from those who strike in direct retaliation against workers exercising their rights. In December 2024, Amazon Teamsters picketed more than 200 of the multitrillion-dollar company’s facilities in over 20 states. Last year, the NLRB ruled that Amazon had illegally taken striking workers’ UPT”
Workers are putting the $2 trillion dollar corporate giant on check!
Amazon workers have had enough of employer intimidation, unfair working conditions and low wages.
That’s why Riverside Amazon workers are taking action and walked off the job! 💪🏽🪧

WALKOUT🚨🚨Early this morning, Amazon warehouse workers at one of the company’s largest delivery stations in the country, the DJT6 facility in Riverside, CA, walked off the job and publicly announced the start of their unionization campaign as @amazonteamsters / @1932teamsters. A majority workers on the shift walked out.
Amazon workers have already organized with the Teamsters at four other Southern California facilities, including KSBD in San Bernardino, DAX5 in City of Industry, DFX4 in Victorville, and DAX8 in Palmdale. Nationally, nearly 10,000 Amazon workers have mobilized and joined the Teamsters.

KSBD sends a warm welcome to our siblings in Riverside—the IE united will never be defeated!
Welcome to the Teamster family, DBK1 drivers!
Amazon, you made your choices over the years to abuse and disrespect your workers, leaving us no choice but to create this movement. We will not be stopped, so make the choice to have a seat at the table!
🚩BREAKING! From New Delhi to Montreal and beyond, thousands will take to the streets this #BlackFriday to #MakeAmazonPay for labour abuses, environmental degradation and threats to democracy.
✊Join Us! #MakeAmazonPay
Welcome SDF9 TOM Team to the family!
Amazon thinks it holds all the cards, but as long as it keeps up its worker-hating model of business as usual, workers will continue to come together to demand change, regardless of which politicians it tries to grease up
🚨 BREAKING🚨
Amazon Transportation Operations Management (TOM) Team drivers at the SDF9 facility in Shepherdsville, Kentucky, are joining the Teamsters, becoming the first unit of Amazon CDL drivers to unionize in the country. The new members of Teamsters Local 89 drive semi-trucks and tractor trailers and are responsible for transporting freight around Amazon properties and between facilities.
Today, TOM Team drivers at SDF9 marched on the boss to demand union recognition with the Teamsters and better working conditions at the facility.
Amazon workers at facilities across the country are realizing their power and organizing to win everything they deserve by becoming Teamsters.
Who is the real boss of Amazon drivers? This episode breaks down the legal fight to hold Amazon accountable as a joint employer, as well as the nationwide fight that has emerged from DAX8 in Palmdale with Jesse Moreno and Teamsters General Counsel, David Suetholz. They expose how Amazon dictates too many aspects of a driver’s work, from pay to discipline, while avoiding all responsibility as the employer. This is an essential listen for Amazon drivers wondering how they can ever possibly improve their jobs.

Amazon knows that we have the power. The company illegally fired over 100 unionized drivers at DBK4 last month to intimidate us and threaten our collective strength.
What Amazon doesn't know is that we will fight tooth and nail to protect our jobs, our communities, and our families. We will continue to build worker power at Amazon until our union is recognized and we get a union contract.
Thanks to the advocacy of our @ieamazonworkers and @1932teamsters members, Governor Newsom has signed AB 288.
AB 288 will make it easier for workers to organize their workplace and protect their right to join a union!
HUGE WIN FOR WORKERS!
Solidarity with our Teamster siblings at DAX5! Amazon is learning the hard way that no matter how much unionbusting slop you ram down our throats, Southern California is union territory.
This won’t stop, so come bargain with us!
BREAKING!!! More Amazon drivers join the Teamsters! Drivers at DAX5 marched on management as a union today and demanded recognition! Union brothers, sisters and siblings are coming together to show our WORKER POWER and win what we deserve. We will only multiply, and we won't back down! Because "When Teamsters Fight, Teamsters Win!" Click the link to join us!

At KSBD, we’ve seen senior management commit egregious safety violations and receive promotions, while associates are scrutinized for the slightest slipup with no option to appeal.
That’s why we are fighting to ensure fair and equal treatment, with just cause for all discipline!
Amazon workers deserve just cause and real job security guaranteed in a union contract. When a beloved coworker at KSBD was fired without a fair appeal, we marched on the boss — no one should lose their job without a voice ✊
