@DealsDhamaka I also had same kind of experience with Air India when I flew in business class from New Delhi to New York. Several letters to Air India did not end up with any proper response. Now left with no option except to file a law suit.

@airindia BIG disappointment. I flew #AI101 to #JFK from #Delhi on 5/12 with my wife. Paid 8 lakhs for business. Seats 14k & 14h BOTH didn't recline, #Inflight Entertainment & call attendant button wasn't working; I had to walk frequently for everything. What A Waste. #AirIndia

@airindia Please make sure I get your response within maximum one week. Further action from my side will be decided after I hear back from you. I am currently in U S A and expect a senior person to call me asap. You have no idea about the mental agony me and my wife went through for 14 hrs
