How to know if my roof needs replaced?
1. Visually inspect your roof for
cracked, torn, bald, or missing shingles
2. Scan the roof for loose material or wear around chimneys, vents, pipes, or other penetrations
3. Watch out for excessive amounts of shingle granules
in the gutter
Though I don't know if you would have a bunch of shrooms on your roof, algae and fungal can be really bad for your building. Mold, mildew, algae, and fungus can be bad to breathe in and cause health issues for those inside the building. Also, they degrade your roof.

GE has something very similar to this up in Charlotte, NC. I know other manufacturers do something very similar. I love that you have what looks like labs for learning more than just the application aspect.

Who knew Chicago even had a green section? Like anything roofing is a constantly changing business. We know that most people don't get excited when they hear about roofing but it is the very thing that keeps us dry and protected by the elements.

This is so true that. IES was founded on as an entrepreneurial dream. BE READY TO FAIL but DON'T GET DISCOURAGED. You are human and you won't get it right on the first try. But you can lose till you win. #roofcoatings#sprayfoam#roofreplacement#roofrepair#constructionlife
This is what I love about my company. Even at 6 am, the owner is there and ready to direct crews to where they need to be and provide any guidance and expertise needed. This is not typical of a roofing company... But then again, we’re not your typical roofing company.
