@INSpirefacult15 Unless there is mass agitation, they will keep on doing this. They keep on awarding DST Inspire faculty like their scheme is super successful. In reality, it has ruined our career.

They keep hiring temporary faculty and exploit them. The sad part is this very govt will come to power again in 2019 and if they don't do anything before that, nothing will happen afterwards.

DST can't play with the career of INSPIRE Faculties. Everyone -DST, host are ready to exploit IFs, but not ready to give them permanent position! Wah Ji! This can't go for ever. You have to giv ethem permanent position or make UGC-FRP like scheme.

@narendramodi DST has the funds to reemploy retired professors who visit the institute for 1-2 hours. But no funds for young scientists who are at crucial stage in their life, working 12 hours a day without salary. Sir, your timely help can #saveinspirefaculty Pls look into it.

Come back to India only if you get a regular position & not for Inspire faculty. If India can't employ scientists, why not stop all PhD fellowships

But they have no funds to support the meritorius young scientists who were awarded by them after stringent competition. Wake up DST before it is too late

Plan a hunger strike and maybe then they will know of the injustice meted out to Inspire faculty. The govt needs to intervene before thousands are rendered jobless because of this faulty scheme. A crisis is waiting to happen.

In a few yrs, thousands will be on road because of this scheme. If they can't employ us, why award us with these fellowships. Why waste taxpayers' money?
