We did a great service for the country and all that has gone in vain. The state of our economy is pushing us to work 2/3 jobs just to keep our heads afloat. Then in turn we don't get paid for any of the hard work we put in.

@IECSouthAfrica elections where on the 29th of May. The president has even been inaugurated. But we still havent gotten paid. After working hours and hours,dealing with angry voters, lines being 2long, working in cold tents, not even having time to eat. It's the 6th of July

When we ask what's the delay we are being taken pillar to post, some colleagues even lost their jobs because they couldn't make it to work on time the next day, only for them to not get paid, or get paid peanuts without any explanation.

On top of that @IECSouthAfrica you pay us way less than minimum wage R890 for electoral staff than tax it. @Julius_S_Malema do you think this is fair

@MbuyiseniNdlozi Ur parents have waited in queues for longer in '94.Ur youth needs to stop complaining abt doing the right thing nd be patient. If they can stay up all night at clubs and leave at 6am surely they can wait in a line to vote for that same freedom that let's them be in clubs till 6am

@CityTshwane If this mess had happened in the suburbs this water issue would have been resolved within hours, just like power outages theirs gets fixed promptly because we are in the hood we have to suffer. This isn't right can we also be prioritized for once
