एक तरफ़ मेनका गांधी, जो खुद को जानवरों की मसीहा बताती हैं, अपनी NGO के ज़रिए FIR दर्ज़ करवा के @ElvishYadav को ड्रग पेडलर, सांपों का सप्लायर बना दिया। दो साल से ज़्यादा समय जेल, चार्जशीट, मीडिया ट्रायल, पूरा समाज उन्हें गाली दे रहा था 'ये लड़का तो वही है जो पार्टी में सांप का ज़हर इस्तेमाल करता है!'

और अब? सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने साफ़-साफ़ कहा सांप का ज़हर NDPS Act के तहत नहीं आता! FIR खारिज! पूरा केस ख़त्म!

अब तो सवाल ये है मेनका जी, आपने जो दो साल एल्विश की ज़िंदगी तबाह की, उसका हिसाब कौन देगा? आपकी NGO ने जो झूठा केस बनाया, उसकी ज़िम्मेदारी कौन लेगा? क्या एल्विश यादव अब माफी मांगेगा या मेनका गांधी को माफी मांगनी पड़ेगी?

देश देख रहा है एक तरफ़ पावरफुल NGO और पॉलिटिकल कनेक्शन, दूसरी तरफ़ एक यूट्यूबर जिसकी आवाज़ दबा दी गई। न्याय मिला तो मिला, लेकिन जो बदनामी हुई, वो कौन वापस लौ��ाएगा?
