In Brooklyn, prosecutors call Huawei a “criminal enterprise.” Former Mobinet engineer Parham Baheshti testified that Huawei worked with Iranian intelligence on surveillance technology to spy on users.

Journalist Natalie Winters reports that VPC and CVI announced plans to send 11.1 million voter-registration applications and 2.2 million vote-by-mail applications across 18 states ahead of the November midterms. She also reports that VPC received $5.8 million in 2020 from a foundation co-founded by Xin Liu, who also founded a Chinese charity with a CCP branch.

In 2020, Miles Guo revisited warnings he had made privately in 2018 about what he described as Beijing’s plan to ensure a Biden victory and the players he said were involved. He also revealed that Dominion software could be traced back to China’s Founder Group, where he had once been the second-largest shareholder.
