Subsequently he has also paid a bribe of Rs. 75 lakhs. This must be exposed and the Operator be held liable

This is beyond reasonable doubt that this tender has been secured by giving such bribes and illegal gratifications.

Strict Action should be taken by the hon'ble @mssirsa @ChiefSecyDelhi @BJP4Delhi against both @DSIIDC95981579 and PSK Operator Silver Square Hotels for total corruption and blatant violation of tender guidelines of Prestigious PSK Project. This department has made a mockery of government tender and it's guidelines. The current Operator of PSK namely M/s Silver Square Hotels should be Blacklisted from operating PSK and any other government related tenders.

This is a blatant violation of the RFP, which only permits minor modifications and not full-blown construction. These unauthorised and illegally constructed rooms poses a serious #PublicSafety hazard and could have devastating consequences.

As per an RTI reply received from PSK Project Manager Mr. Vijit Singh, No permission was ever granted to Silver Square Hotels for any such construction. Yet the rooms exist - being used commercially, right under the nose of #DSIIDC.

Despite multiple complaints submitted since November 2024, no action has been taken.

I have reasonable grounds to believe that DSIIDC officials are complicit, hand-in-glove with Silver Square Hotels, enabling this illegal construction and misuse of public land.

Photos and videos attached as irrefutable proof.

Please take note that If no action is taken/reply given to this tweet within 7 days from the date this tweet is made, then there will be no option left but to approach the Hon'ble Chief Secretary and Hon'ble LG since there have been many complaints already made to your department regarding all the unlawful and illegal conduct of M/s Silver Square Hotels Pvt Ltd - Operator selected by DSIIDC for PSK.

This must be exposed.

RDR1 coming out for PC now shows how busy Rockstar has probably been with developing GTA 6.

The schedule was probably for a Nintendo/PS5 and PC release but they couldn’t hit the timeline and delayed the PC port for a few months.

But I can’t side with Rockstar here because this is very worrying, the culture within Rockstat Games has changed significantly. Not managing to release an RDR1 PC port day one with PS5 and Nintendo, never releasing an RDR2 patch and never releasing a next-gen GTA V PC update (with ray tracing) is worrying because GTA 6 is their main Game scheduled for 2025.

Either Rockstar Games has been extremely busy developing GTA 6 or GTA 6 is behind schedule and will get delayed inevitably.

Asking for employees to come and work full-time since April is what has led me to this conclusion.

Hopefully everything is going well with the development of GTA 6 and it wouldn’t hurt Rockstar if they unlocked the RDR2’s framerate for the current gen consoles
