@LCptbo The IJC is aware and monitoring the issue, however, it does not comment on domestic policy. The IJC's Rainy-Lake of the Woods Watershed Board has the authority to report on water quality - if a project may potentially impact aquatic ecosystem health they can report to the IJC 1/2
