Dear @zomato, this is a poor user experience. Not everyone wants to install third-party UPI apps. Many of us use our bank's official app for UPI payments. Your app should support payments through bank UPI apps or allow entering a UPI ID directly. Please fix this limitation.

Booked an LPG cylinder from @HPCL on 25 Feb. It shows “Delivered” on 2 March but I have not received the cylinder till today (10 March). This is not the first time this has happened. Request immediate action against the delivery agency.
