@meganncorsonn @ClareJosa @alexmcraig @Norfolk_Deli@Ryanair Absolutely nothing at all. It’s the airline’s cock up! No docs or tests needed at all for Italy - literally need your passport and boarding pass!
@ClareJosa @alexmcraig @Norfolk_Deli@Ryanair Also don’t know where you’re flying to, but we were off the plane and out the other side (after collecting bags) within 20 mins max! Efficiency this side was 1000x better!
@ClareJosa @alexmcraig @Norfolk_Deli@Ryanair You’ll be fine! Check-in online and then just do the self service bag drop - you can’t do it until the flight check-in opens though (3 hours before), so don’t get there super early thinking you can just go straight through! And eat before - food & drink was a joke!
@ClareJosa @alexmcraig @Norfolk_Deli@Ryanair Stansted was grim - packed to the rafters with hour long queues to get into any restaurant, but flight was fine! Zero covid docs required for Italy, so Ryanair’s website & app are totally wrong. And no masks in sight over here! Hope yours was uneventful!
@wizzair We now expect you to reimburse 8 flights from Bristol to Split this morning, a hotel for 8 at Luton airport & 2 taxis from Luton — Bristol. So please advise on how you’ll be doing that because both airline & airport staff were beyond useless @wizzair@LDNLutonAirport
@wizzair No they’re not. There were no “ground staff” at 11.30pm in Layton airport last night - after you cancelled the 17.30 flight 6 hours after making people sit on a plane for 3 hours. Everyone told to sort their own flights and hotels out & that was it. Your service is abysmal.
@ClareJosa @alexmcraig @Norfolk_Deli@Ryanair Agreed! Of all industries, you’d expect AIRLINES to be on top of the changes. So poor from them.
Thank you! I hope you do too!
@askryanair@lateinthevening Shouldn’t you know this, being the airline taking passengers to said country? Your website says you need a PLF & covid docs for Italy. The govt website says you don’t need any of them as of 1st June. Why isn’t your website up to date???
