Every episode of UNIT3D has been a conversation that someone, somewhere, needed to hear. In 2020, Dr. Josie Nicholson showed up week after week for 4 fantastic years; sharing her passion & insight w/our listeners & she also brought to the podcast an amazing group of mental health advocates-coaches, athletes, administrators, athletic trainers & colleagues-a very powerful list!
Dr. Nicholson handed off the mic to this incredible group-our B1G Team at Indiana University. Led by fearless Professor, Dr. Jesse Steinfeldt, along w/ his PhD students, they’ve embraced the baton & w/ their endless energy, kindness, & courage they’ve continued these critical conversations.
Congratulations to co-host Dr. Miata Walker as she walked across the stage w/ degrees in hand & a journey that goes far beyond the classroom.
Hilinski’s Hope is very thankful for this team of future sport psychologists & know that the athletes coming up the ranks will be surrounded by so much hope & mental health help! ❤️❤️❤️ #hoosiers #pleasestay #3for3 #mentalhealthawarenessmonth
Time for a new adventure. Left my beloved 34th floor for the last time a couple weeks ago... bittersweet but exciting at the same time! Next stop: Oceanside, CA.
@ESPNNFL@MNF@Vikings@NBCS49ers@49ers Addison used his back arm to prevent Chavarious Ward from raising up to intercept the pass, his arms were going up to make the grab giving right to make a play as if the roles between offense and defense were reversed, no? Good no can REF!

@VeronicaValli It's going very well! We connected long ago about my early sobriety in 2014, but as things happen I got complacent in my recovery after a move, stopped going to meetings for a few years and relapsed late last year. Sober again since March tho and grateful to be clean this Monday!
