@WeAreFarmers I've called/e-mailed/messaged multiple times since selling my car to cancel. Each time I hear its on process of cancellation yet i get another bill for coverage of a car I dont have and now a renewal notice. Please do better. And stopn trying to mess my credit
@XfinitySupport @Johnnyb59842432 How do you expect people to check if there's an internet outage by logging in to your system when your internets down?That's like Facebook telling people to check Facebook for updates when Facebook is down.
@XfinitySupport It's pretty silly and inconvenient that you have to sign in to the xfinity account when you have an internet outage to check if you have an internet outage. Luckily my at&t network is working so I can tweet this. Please make it easier to find out.
