@Snapchat you lock a HS student’s account and won’t unlock it. (4 no reason ) Yet they are supposed to use Snap to communicate with colleges. Thanks for raising teenage anxiety to another level.

@evanspiegel... In a remote environment one my child’s ways of remaining engaged has been arbitrarily/unilaterally cut off. With no way to quickly resolve this with your remote help, anxiety levels rise am looking for your assistance in being part of the solution. Pls help

@evanspiegel... I have a minor whose account was permanently locked for no apparent reason. Snap has created a platform of community that many teens now rely on to communicate, including connecting with colleges during college searches.

@snapchatsupport I have a minor whose account has been locked for nothing done on the minors part. Any attempt to resolve has been unsuccessful. Pls DM me to assist in resolving
