Avantis is the Hyperliquid of Base; an on-chain perpetual exchange for Crypto, Gold, FX, Oil, Equities, Sports and more.

Now, it has to be said that @avantisfi is not a direct competitor/clone of Hyperliquid on base.

It has its own niche (Scalpers, forex, indexes, rwa, etc.) and within that zero competition.

Hyperliquid meanwhile solely focusses on crypto spot/futures.

Nevertheless, both are Perp DEX's and we can therefore compare their core metrics to get an idea of their relative valuation.

Stats (last 7 days):

Avantis: 🐛
- Perp Volume: $1.4B
- Fees: $316K
> Market Cap: $90M

Hyperliquid: 🍐
- Perp Volume: $58B
- Fees: $17.5M
> Market Cap: $18.75B

➡️ Avantis has a ~40x lower perp volume & ~50x lower fees, while having a >200x smaller market cap.

That means a 4-5x (~$2) from here would achieve the relative fair value for $AVNT.

And this is only with the current stats, as they increase so does its relative fair market cap.

And as you can see, Avantis volume/fees are growing much faster than Hyperliquid's currently.

BUT, thats not all.

When does crypto ever stop at fair value?

This market loves to overvalue everything.

So, with the hype of this being a new token, the "hyperliquid of base" narrative AND growing stats...

We could be looking at an opportunity of a 10x (or even more) with infinite liquidity.
