I understand why HS doesn’t have a ban list, but I don’t get it, if that makes sense 😂 it really needs one, imagine YGO or MTG without their ban lists 😅

Dunno if this has been done before, but if it won't be made for us, why not do it ourselves! How we make the list is obvi a question, but question 1 first and foremost is:
