Welcoming Jason Culley to the staff for his 1st season as an assistant coach. Jason spent 3 seasons in a Sharks uniform & a key part of our 2024 CPL Championship team. After competing in 2025, he steps into coaching-an example of homegrown talent staying invested in the program.

Russ Burroughs is back to lead the Wilmington Sharks for Season 6.
The all-time winningest coach in Sharks history, Burroughs guided the team to the 2024 CPL Championship and 2 Eastern Division titles. Over 50 players have signed pro contracts, continuing a legacy of excellence
