... alors quel plaisir aujourd'hui, de constater que le $BP est un des top performers du moment, avec un x5 depuis le bottom

Je pense qu'on est encore très très très loin d'avoir vu le top, car 👇

1) Ils sont devenus les leaders des stocks on chain

Devant @coinbase et @base...
Devant @binance et @BNBCHAIN...

... c'est @Backpack x @solana qui ont lancé les premiers des stocks réellement natifs on-chain (et pas de vulgaires produits dérivés)

Depuis, les volumes ne font qu'exploser et ça pourrait même devenir le catalyseur N°1 pour l'écosystème Solana tout entier

(Quel plaisir de générer du yield avec de vraies actions, en plus de recevoir les dividendes etc.)

2) Le marketcap de $BP est ridicule

Surtout quand on le compare aux autres tokens de CEX (̵m̵ê̵m̵e̵ ̵c̵e̵u̵x̵ ̵q̵u̵i̵ ̵s̵o̵n̵t̵ ̵o̵b̵j̵e̵c̵t̵i̵v̵e̵m̵e̵n̵t̵ ̵n̵u̵l̵)̵

Par ex, même après ce x5, il faudrait encore un:
• x6 pour atteindre le mc de @Gate
• x12 pour atteindre le mc de @okx
• x22 pour atteindre le mc de @cryptocom

3) l'UX / UI est au dessus de tous les concurrents

Ici, je vous laisserai vous faire votre propre avis mais si vous êtes un vrai trader (contrairement à moi), il y'a des chances que vous tombiez amoureux de l'interface de Backpack ainsi que de toutes les features qu'ils proposent

4) 65% des $BP en circulation sont stackés

Et ce nombre est en constante augmentation... est-ce qu'il vous faut vraiment un dessin?

5) @armaniferrante est un entrepreneur de génie

Et vous pouvez parier sur lui avant que le reste du monde ne découvre lui aussi cette évidence

Bref, GG à tous ceux qui y ont cru quand la majorité a préféré FUD un TGE qui n'était pas à la hauteur des attentes!

Avec le pump des derniers jours, on commence seulement à récolter les premiers fruits de tout le boulot monstrueux réalisé par les teams récemment, mais pour moi, on est encore que au "début"

Et même si on finira forcément par corriger, à mon avis, on finira par aller beaucoup beaucoup beaucoup plus haut que les 500M$ de FDV actuels 🎒

我看到 Miho 在 X 上有篇长文，标题叫《Backpack：在这15天里到底发生了什么？》。

这篇里面有个点我觉得挺关键：

Backpack 最近真正被市场重新讨论，可能不是因为 BP 单纯涨了跌了，也不是因为又多了一个交易所平台币故事，

而是因为它把几个原本分散的关键词串到了一起：
SpaceX、SPCX、Solana、Backpack Securities、代币化股票。

这几个词单独看都不新。

SpaceX 是全球最受关注的未上市/准上市科技资产之一。

Solana 一直在讲高性能链上金融。

代币化股票这个方向，上一轮牛市也不是没人做过。
交易所平台币，更是老叙事了。

但这次值得关乎的地方是，Backpack 不是在讲一个单纯的“我上线了某个热门资产”的故事。

它真正想让市场相信的是：

如果美股、IPO 资产、甚至更广义的传统证券资产，未来真的可以合规地搬到链上交易，那 Backpack 有没有机会成为 Solana 上的第一个入口？

这个问题，比 BP 今天涨多少，要大得多。

以前大家看 Backpack，主要看三件事：
交易所有没有量。
空投预期还在不在。
BP 这个平台币估值贵不贵。

这些当然重要，但都还是交易所平台币的老框架。

币安有 BNB。
OKX 有 OKB。
Hyperliquid 有 HYPE。
Backpack 有 BP。

如果只是这个逻辑，那 BP 的定价上限其实很容易被市场框住：你有多少交易量、多少手续费、多少用户、多少回购或者激励，最后都能算账。

但 SPCX 出来以后，Backpack 想讲的故事明显变了。

按照 Backpack 的官方说法，SPCX 背后对应真实 SpaceX 股票，并且通过 Backpack Securities 相关机制处理。

也就是说，它不是一个单纯跟踪 SpaceX 价格的链上影子盘，而是试图把真实证券资产和链上流动性连接起来。
这个区别很重要。

因为如果只是影子盘，那它本质上还是赌场：大家赌一个价格，平台提供撮合和流动性。

但如果背后真的有合规证券托管、真实资产锚定、赎回机制、链上流通，那它讲的就不是“炒一个 SpaceX 概念”，而是“证券资产能不能进入链上金融系统”。

这也是为什么我觉得 Miho 那篇文章值得看。

她讲的不是 Backpack 又发了什么新闻，而是在提醒一个更大的变化：

市场可能正在重新给 Backpack 定位。

过去它是一个加密交易所。

现在它想变成一个连接传统证券和 Solana 的入口。

如果这条线跑通，BP 的估值逻辑就会从“交易所平台币”，往“链上证券入口资产”迁移。

更准确地说，这是 Backpack 给市场递出了一张新牌：

以前你可以把它当交易所看。

现在你要开始思考，它有没有可能成为 Solana 上的 Robinhood + Coinbase + 证券通道。

这个想象力一旦打开，市场短期肯定会先交易叙事。

但真正决定它能走多远的，还是三个问题：

资产是不是真的。
合规是不是稳的。
BP 能不能捕获价值。

这三个问题没答案之前，所有上涨都只能叫预期。

但只要这三个问题有一个开始被验证，Backpack 的故事就不只是一个平台币故事了。

它会变成一个更大的问题：

如果全球最有吸引力的股票资产可以上链，第一批流动性会去哪里？

现在 Backpack 想抢的，就是这个答案。

최근 @coinbase “first real tokenized stocks”을 출시했다고 포스팅 했는데, 이미 앞서 @Backpack이 먼저 Stocks 서비스를 출시했기에 한 번 찾아봄..

Backpack은 이미 Backpack Securities로 전통 주식이랑 온체인 토큰화 증권을 연결하는 서비스를 열었고, $SPCX IPO로 크게 바이럴 되기도 함..

개인적으로 최근 크립토 거래소들이 Stock 마켓을 오픈했고 & 오픈하고 있는데, 외국에 상장도 안한 #삼성전자 나 #SK하이닉스 도 거래할 수 있어서, 이건 뭔가 이상했는데 대부분은 사실상 그냥 주식 가격만 따라가는 토큰 또는 선물 파생상품이 대부분 --;

원래 미장에 투자를 하고 있었고, 이미 가지고 있는 스테이블 코인으로 주식 장투를 하려면 뭔가 법적인 보장이 있어야 안심하고 살 수 있기에 거래소를 찾아보았고, 그래서 내가 알아봤던게 Kraken.
Kraken이 real stock을 다룬다는 정보가 있어서 알아봤으나 미국인만 거래가능 한 것으로 파악함(내가 알아본 정보가 그렇다는 거지,, 틀린 정보일 수 도 있음)

Coinbase도 미국인 상대 real stock 마켓이 있다는 정보를 얻었으니 이 역시 사용이 외국인은 불가함.

그러다가 Backpack이 클로즈 베타로 초대코드가 있어야만 사용할 수 있었던 Backpack Securities를 서비스 중이라는 정보를 입수하고 초대코드를 얻었으나... 초대코드 사용도 못했는데 바로 서비스가 public open됨 ㅎㅎ

Backpack stock 구조를 보면, 전통 증권 계정에 있는 주식을 Solana 기반 tokenized security로 바꿀 수 있고, 반대로 토큰을 다시 실제 증권 entitlement로 되돌릴 수도 있어서 브로커리지 계정 안에만 갇혀 있는 게 아니라, 온체인으로 나왔다가 다시 전통 증권 인프라로 돌아갈 수 있는 구조로 보임.

기존 CEX나 DEX에서 다루는 가격 노출 상품과는 다른 구조라 일단 Backpack으로 정착하기로 마음억음.

그래도 일단 장투로 가져갈건데 불안하여 법적인 권리를 알아보니 Backpack이 전통 증권 쪽은 UCC Article 8 기반 security entitlement로 처리하고, 온체인 토큰 쪽은 underlying security와 연결된 redeem 구조라고 했고…

일단 말이 어려워서 커뮤니티에 단순 무식하게 질문을 던졌음.

“Backpack이 망해도 내 주식을 법적으로 안전한가요?”

대답은 자세히는 기억이 안나는데 "Yes, 어디어디 법에 의해 보호된다"라고 답변을 들음..(이부분은 더 스터디가 필요할 듯.. 혹시 관련해서 아시는 분은 답변 달아주세요)

아무튼 여러가지를 고려했을 떄 다음달에 non-US citizen에게 서비스를 open한다고 발표한 Coinbase의 stock 서비스가 “first”라고 하는건 애매한 듯?

근데 뭐 사실 누가 "first"인지 중요하진 않고, 좋은 서비스가 많아지고 경쟁하면 사용자 입장에선 좋음..

다 필요없고 스테이킹한 $BP 가주아~

Backpack pulled off something no one else managed with the SpaceX listing.

- @Backpack Securities, a regulated US broker-dealer, issued $SPCX: a token backed 1:1 by real SpaceX shares that it bought through normal channels and holds in custody.

- It went live and started trading on @solana the same day SpaceX hit Nasdaq.

- Holders can redeem $SPCX for the underlying shares and move them into a normal brokerage account via ACATS and DTCC, and the bridge runs both ways. It trades 24/7, including outside Nasdaq hours.
