@NewsArenaIndia This is the first version of enforcement that actually targets individual sites instead of shutting down the whole region every winter.
If it works, it could mean fewer blanket construction bans and more accountability for the sites actually causing the problem.

Technology was never the bottleneck. Nobody checking after the permit is.
