I was at the Coldplay concert on 19th Jan (Mumbai) and had pre-loaded nearly 3500 rupees on my band before reaching the venue. Upon reaching, the amount was not reflecting on my band however the money was already deducted from my source account.

After standing in a long queue, I was told I had to activate my band. I wasted another hour getting the band activated and yet the amount never showed on my band. I was then asked to share the email and UPI payment confirmation over email. Contd.
