@kaizokucollin Kanjuro isn't good cause it hurts you in the Mihawk match-up. He is Slash which makes Mihawk 6k and a lot harder to swing into with.
The only slash that OP16 Luffy runs is Buggy, who you block with him to get rid of him, and Mr. 1, who with 1 don attached gets to 6k.

@jen_tcg You have to consider where you would be penalized for illegal activation.
At locals, where it is more casual and you have new people, penalties tend to lean towards just warnings.
At competitive events like YCSs where more is expected of you, it is fair to be penalized

@SoberLawyer The scary part is that a conviction might not be overturned. Judges have wide deference for their rulings and appeal courts often will just conclude that any error was harmless.
And with the lack of inquisitiveness of Bev with not even questioning Hank, appeal seems even harder.
