Friday, did RPM 52 900 cals and 25 miles! Saturday short run and a heavy back day, then on the stairs for 20 mins.

Great weekend! Friday- Chest & and 60 min spin, Saturday - Legs and quick 15 min spin, and today abs and a 75 min spin! back on the horse!

Ok twitter world... i havent posted for a while due to my broken foot. Slowly back on the go! did a great Ab and a 20 min spin... felt great

Foot is gettin there! Lots of abs today... got on the bike for 20 mins and did a low intensity spin. Also went for a 30-40 min swin.

Only a back workout today. Took the cast off. Using a brace now... Might be a bit soon. See how it goes :(

Well I can't say I did too much last night. Went for a swim and did a little back. But this foot is throwing me off my game :S

Well its been an interesting day... The broken foot led to 10km worth of rowing, an ab workout, a couple leg exercises and a 50 min swim :)
