I own an Ola S1. My scooter’s battery was diagnosed & approved for replacement under warranty. This approval is still visible in Ola’s system. But now I’ve been told Ola won’t replace it due to a “new internal policy.”👇

This is a retroactive denial, which is illegal under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and violates basic consumer rights.
