@SabirahLohn I assume you're looking for the answer that her belly is smooth. That's because she's not wearing a baby monitor like Meghan was. And this is not dangerous for either mother or baby, but is a great practice if mom is healthy enough to help labor proceed.

@LauraRbnsn Please note that the photo of her used in this post is from a prior pregnancy. When she died, the fetus was the size of a grape. Many women don’t even know they’re pregnant at 9 weeks. Using this beautiful photo is misleading and plays into the narrative of the “pro-life” crowd.
