@IndianaFever@Amyn222222 There’s Caitlin!! Awesome pass Sophie!
Before, in many other games, I didn’t understand why Caitlin was chosen to inbound the ball. Steph White got it right this time!
The team needed this. Caitlin needed this. Have confidence in your team! Let’s go, Fever!!
Rhyne Howard enters tonight’s game on pace to become the fastest player in WNBA history to reach 400 career three-pointers.
The fifth-year guard has already connected on 384 threes in just 142 career games. The current record belongs to Sabrina Ionescu, who reached the 400-three mark in 151 games. At her current pace, Howard is projected to get there in approximately 147–148 games.
Howard has averaged at least 2.5 made threes per game in every season of her career. Last season, she averaged a career-high (3.1) made threes per game, which ranked first in the WNBA.
This season, she’s averaging (3.0) made threes per game while shooting a career-best 39.1% from beyond the arc. If she maintains those numbers for the full season, Howard would join Diana Taurasi as the only players in WNBA history with multiple seasons averaging at least 3.0 made threes per game. 🪄
