@otakukeith@mentalhealth If you have got a problem, try to find a solution for it. One solution at the time, ideally a positive solution else you will create another problem. Usually Germans do have a problem for every solution though.
@otakukeith@mentalhealth Give it the benefit of doubt so if you aren’t sure about seeking out help then look for help. It’s always great to get it started!
@otakukeith@mentalhealth Everyone is completely different from each other so it’s hard for me to have an opinion on other people. I’m on a journey to understand myself so I think that’s what you should do to yourself as well. You know if you need therapy or not. You know yourself more than you think.
@otakukeith@mentalhealth I can only speak up for myself and I do not have major negative thoughts. I may feel sad, frustrated and homesick but there is nothing obscure about those feelings. What about you?
@otakukeith@mentalhealth If you are getting negative thoughts inside your mind then I would suggest you find therapist support. I personally don’t have such as thoughts so I am not an expert in the matter. May be @mentalhealth could give you better advice?

@otakukeith@mentalhealth Just like walking, cycling and learning new things, a person needs to start it in some point. If you have been stuck in your office/house then getting out is an effective start in order to reset your mental state then leading to possible long-term mental health solutions. 🌿
