Lenskart Air – Sage Green Black Full Rim Square (Lenskart Air Innovation LA) — worn for barely 10–15 days, and the frame has broken on its own. The frame coating/layer is also peeling off.

I had also recently returned another pair — John Jacobs – Gold Brown Rimless Rectangle, John Jacobs Supreme Steel JJ E12610 — because its frame colour was coming off completely.

During my previous journey, when I raised a concern regarding the poor quality of the blanket provided, the attendant informed me that “isse acchi saf blanket nahi milegi, aapko yahi use karni padegi.”

I was promised a ₹300 voucher adjustment in my next bill, but it hasn’t been reflected properly. Instead, my Connectivity Rental and Platform Rental charges have been increased — ₹142.67 → ₹317.55 and ₹256.67 → ₹571.29
