@chess_feed Because you win the pawn. But is it brilliant.. 😅

[Marcin Sieciechowicz @IMSieciech]

@DeveshsK_ Seems like Rc5 is a big problem

[Marcin Sieciechowicz @IMSieciech]

@silver83p Light squares will be weakened too much and Qf3 will be decisive. So I would say - a blunder 😄

[Marcin Sieciechowicz @IMSieciech]

@kibitzingpatzer Only Re7 leads to mate on the next move

[Marcin Sieciechowicz @IMSieciech]

@chess_xray A well known study. Promoting to the rook avoids stalemate.

[Marcin Sieciechowicz @IMSieciech]

@Chinwendu74 But there is no checkmate. Bf1, although the position is lost.

[Marcin Sieciechowicz @IMSieciech]

@ImShahinyan I suppose Kf4 is winning

[Marcin Sieciechowicz @IMSieciech]

@habibitrades_ Probably my school teacher the most :)

[Marcin Sieciechowicz @IMSieciech]

@chesscom I was taught chess by my uncle, way back in the 90s. So: no 😄

[Marcin Sieciechowicz @IMSieciech]

@xxChessMaster Queen has to capture the knight, then f3-f4+ and even after Ke6 White will win the queen - f4-f5+ and f2-f4+ and eventually there will be a fork :)

[Marcin Sieciechowicz @IMSieciech]

@chess_feed Nh5+ followed by Rxg6+ and Re6#. Everything is forced and there is only one path, so no problem with spotting it in 1 second ;)

[Marcin Sieciechowicz @IMSieciech]

@EugenePerel Rxc6 and after Rd8 (everything else loses immediately) Rc8. Seems like nothing more to add.

[Marcin Sieciechowicz @IMSieciech]

@Kaldas90 @Danny_Snr1 Yeah, agree. Rushed too much at first.

[Marcin Sieciechowicz @IMSieciech]

@Danny_Snr1 * vs B+N

[Marcin Sieciechowicz @IMSieciech]

@Danny_Snr1 My first thought was that Qc2+ follows and stalemate but it’s not much 😃 of course Qa8+ and after some struggle Queen wins vs B+K

[Marcin Sieciechowicz @IMSieciech]

@RenierCast Take on g2 and a nice fork on e2 :)

[Marcin Sieciechowicz @IMSieciech]

@ImShahinyan Nd1 and Nc3+ wins - nice!

[Marcin Sieciechowicz @IMSieciech]

@AjedrezdPrimera Terrible moment. But overall - 2200+ outplayed GM 2600+!

[Marcin Sieciechowicz @IMSieciech]

@AjedrezdPrimera Saw this today already on X. Seems like Nd6 with an idea of Qe8+ and Nf7# should be enough. Brilliant idea!

[Marcin Sieciechowicz @IMSieciech]

@chesscom Depends on who's sitting across the board :)
