The protective covering for this petcoke barge crane's extension cords were severely damaged. They were rebuilt using #Belzona 2221 with mix boards, then poured in to encapsulate the damaged power cord to get the crane operational again. #industrialrepairs #Belzonait

Years of service had left the housing of this ship's bow thruster badly pitted. The housing was rebuilt with #Belzona 1311 Ceramic R-Metal and protected from future #erosion and #corrosion with Belzona 1321 Ceramic S-Metal.

A mining dragshaft with an interference fit 0.005-0.008” was severely worn due to bearing failure. A mold was made at a local machine shop, clamping on the seal surface using #Belzona® 1111 (Super Metal). Shaft repairs of any size can be molded in place, thus reducing downtime.

The main path for the current battery forklift was worn. Belzona® 4131 (Magma-Screed) and Belzona 5811 (Immersion Grade) were applied to rebuild 8" wide runways for the battery forklift and provide a protective coating for the Battery acid on the runways.

12" crude oil pipeline suffering from severe corrosion was preventing VJ coupling from sealing correctly. The corrosion resistant properties of #Belzona® 1151 allowed for a quick, hot work free repair to be completed.
