So,a panicked passenger rushing to book a rented car to not to miss a international flight and with drained mobile battery is financially punished further for a trivial delay in raising TDR?

Why this financial punishment to your passengers alone?

@RailwaySeva It already cost me INR 11,500/- for reaching Hyderabad RGIA using a Rented Car. I filed TDR as soon as I reached Singapore and recharged my phone battery.

@RailwaySeva What punishment is enforced on railway department for consistent delays in trains? There is too much at stake for a passenger sometimes when he/she trusts Indian Railways for a travel and trains gets delayed quite routinely. Another flight tickets could have cost me INR 70,000/-
