They show the large reduction in OS benefit in frail/old pts from len-therapy. This reduction is reduced by bortezomib. More than likely frail patients would have had the best OS data with only Vd.

As a follow-up to the other thread about suppressed OS data with IMiDs in elderly and how PFS does not act as an IMiD survival surrogate, it is worthwhile to reflect over what MM survival data we had when as a myeloma community. 🧵
