I'm Really disappointed with the kind of service at railways currently, I do understand the current pandemic situation, but the wheelchair assistance or battery car service is really at worst.

IT'S SUCH A HARRASMENT FOR A 70+ YEAR OLD CITIZEN WHO HAS KNEE ISSUE AND CANNOT WALK.

Today we boarded the train 1 minute prior departure. Because of this issue. And no-one in the station is providing correct information. Felt really helpless.
And had a moment of regret to chose to travel via rail.
