Instead, you can say:

That's nonstandard.
What you want to say is โdeflower.โ
He disvirgined her.โ
He deflowered her.โ

A place where men get their hair cut is normally called a barbershop, barber shop, or simply barberโs.

People often say โconvocateโ when talking about university graduation, but it isn't the standard verb for that.
