अब CUET की परीक्षा में भी गड़बड़ी सामने आ गई. करीब 2 घंटे तक तकनीकी खराबी की वजह से परीक्षा नहीं हुई.

9 बजे का पेपर 11 बजे शुरू हो पाया. इस बीच छात्र और अभिभावक परेशान रहे. सब भगवान भरोसे चल रहा है.

प्रधानमंत्री अगर NEET परीक्षा में पेपर लीक का मामला सुपरवाइज़ कर रहे हैं तो शिक्षा मंत्री क्या कर रहे हैं ? क्या
धर्मेंद्र प्रधान रुपये का मामला देख रहे हैं? उन्हें ख़ाली बिठाने से अच्छा था इस्तीफ़ा ही ले लेते।

ये एयर फ़ोर्स का क्या मामला है? क्या परीक्षा को आपदा का दर्जा दिया जाने वाला है? जैसे बाढ़ में सेना की मदद ली जाती है वैसे परीक्षा में वायु सेना की मदद ली जाएगी? प्रश्न पत्र भेजने के लिए पुराने जहाज़ का फोटो अख़बार में छपा है कम से कम गोदी मीडिया रफाल का फोटो लगा देता कि इससे जाएगा प्रश्न पत्र। रफाल अगर काम का नहीं है तो ट्रंप से B2 BOMBER किराये पर लेकर प्रश्न पत्र भेजा जाए। पेपर लीक करने वालों ने देश को इतना मजबूर कर दिया है ? फिर बाकी परीक्षाओं के प्रश्न पत्र किससे भेजे जाएंगे ? स्पाइस जेट से या रफाल से?

🚨 CUET में फिर अव्यवस्था!

सुबह 8 बजे परीक्षा शुरू होनी थी, लेकिन छात्र घंटों से परीक्षा केंद्रों के बाहर इंतज़ार कर रहे हैं।

कारण? NTA के मुताबिक़ तकनीकी सिस्टम फेल हो गया।

जब हर बड़ी परीक्षा में ऐसी गड़बड़ियां आम हो जाएं, तो छात्रों का भरोसा टूटना लाज़िमी है।

Two investigations – one by Sarthak Sidhant (@sidhant_sarthak), a CBSE Grade 12 student, and one in @htTweets - have now raised further questions about the CBSE’s intentions and preparedness in introducing the On Screen Marking System (OSM) for the Grade 12 Board Examinations.

Here are ten important questions that arise - for which both parents and youth are demanding answers from the Pradhan Mantri who is, according to the Solicitor General, personally supervising this mess.

i. Why was the CBSE so insistent on introducing OSM in the Grade 12 Board Exams that it rushed the process within 74 days before the board exams?

ii. The CBSE had flagged at least 36 technical, operational, and evaluation-related concerns from the OSM dry run it conducted in five Delhi schools. Why were these concerns not acted upon before the Board Exams?

iii. The CBSE issued three RFPs to award the contract for the OSM system. Why was the proviso which disqualified bidders with a past record of poor performance removed in the third RFP? Was this done to favour COEMPT, which had previously been blacklisted in Telangana?

iv. Why was the proviso which prohibited bidders who were previously blacklisted watered down to exclude only bidders who were currently blacklisted?

v. Was the minimum company turnover for the bidder specifically set at Rs 50 crores to enable COEMPT (which had a three-year average turnover of 50.86 crores) to qualify for the contract?

vi. Why was the Capability Maturity Model Integration level for the contractors diluted from Level 5 to Level 3?

vii. Why was the project criteria changed to favour vendors who have smaller, fragmented university contracts over vendors having experience with large student counts?

viii. Why was the RFP provisions changed from favouring contractors having their own data centers to those having MeitY empanelled data centers? Was this done to systematically favour COEMPT, which used AWS (MeitY empanelled) over TCS (which has its own data centers)?

ix. Why did the CBSE give up its right to blacklist the contractors in case the contractors made mistakes?

x. Why was the technical and operational capability of the score matrix modified to favour fragmented vendors?

It is increasingly clear that an astonishing mix of incompetence, corruption, and callousness went into the CBSE’s planning and implementation of the Grade 12 Board Exams. Mantri Pradhan must resign and a full CBI investigation must be conducted into this emerging scandal.

NEET के aspirants पूछ रहे हैं, ये बात तो Super Confidential होती है कि Question Papers कहाँ print होंगे और कैसे ले जाए जाएंगे, इसे सबको बताने की क्या ज़रूरत थी? क्या इस information का लीक करवानेवाले गलत इस्तेमाल नहीं करेंगे?

और कॉपियों की हेराफेरी और मूल्यांकन का क्या?
