आज भारत में Compromised PM के राज में शांतिपूर्ण विरोध करना ही सबसे बड़ा “अपराध” बना दिया गया है।

दुनिया के सबसे बड़े लोकतंत्र को धीरे-धीरे ऐसी दिशा में धकेला जा रहा है, जहां असहमति को देशद्रोह और सवाल पूछने को साज़िश बताया जाता है।

सोचिए - मुद्दा कोई भी हो, अगर आप सत्ता के खिलाफ संवैधानिक तरीके से आवाज़ उठाते हैं, तो लाठी, मुकदमा और जेल - यह लगभग त�� है।

पेपर लीक से त्रस्त युवाओं ने अपने भविष्य के लिए आवाज़ उठाई - जवाब मिला लाठियों से।

देश की गौरवशाली महिला पहलवानों ने BJP के प्रभावशाली नेता पर लगे गंभीर आरोपों की निष्पक्ष जाँच की मांग की। उनकी पुकार को बदनाम किया गया, आंदोलन को कुचला गया, और उन्हें सड़कों से जबरन हटाया गया।

एक बलात्कार पीड़िता के समर्थन में इंडिया गेट पर शांतिपूर्ण प्रदर्शन हुआ। न्याय की माँग को व्यवस्था के लिए “असुविधा” मानकर हटा दिया गया।

युवा कांग्रेस ने देश का अहित करने वाले US Trade deal का शांतिपूर्ण विरोध किया तो उन्हें "देशविरोधी" बताकर गिरफ्तार कर लिया।

जब आम लोग जहरीली हवा के खिलाफ खड़े हुए, तो पर्यावरण की चिंता को भी “राजनीति” कहकर दबा दिया गया।

जब किसानों ने अपने अधिकारों के लिए आंदोलन किया, तो उन्हें देशविरोधी करार दिया गया। आँसू गैस, रबर की गोलियाँ, पानी की बौछारें और लाठियाँ - यही संवाद का माध्यम बना।

जब आदिवासी अपने जल, जंगल, जमीन के हक के लिए खड़े हुए, तो उन पर भी शक की नज़र डाली गई - मानो अपने अधिकार माँगना अपराध हो।

यह कैसा लोकतंत्र है, जहां Compromised PM ��वालों से डरते है? जहां असहमति को कुचलना शासन का स्वभाव बनता जा रहा है?

शांतिपूर्ण विरोध अपराध नहीं - लोकतंत्र की आत्मा है। सवाल पूछना लोकतंत्र की कमजोरी नहीं - उसकी ताकत है। लोकतंत्र तब मजबूत होता है जब सरकार आलोचना सुनती है, जवाब देती है और जवाबदेह रहती है।

मोदी जी, ये North Korea नहीं, भारत है। जब सत्ता खुद को राष्ट्र समझने लगे और असहमति को दुश्मन - तब लोकतंत्र मर जाता है।
