Our Banks have been unfortunately made ‘Collection Agents’ by the Modi Govt ! ATM Withdrawal Charges to be costlier. Modi Govt has extracted at least ₹43,500 Cr due to non-maintenance of Minimum Balance from Savings Accounts & Jan Dhan Accounts combined, between 2018 and 2024. Other Bank charges to LOOT citizens - ▫️An inactivity fee, which is ₹100-200 every year. ▫️Bank statement issuance fee is ₹50-100. ▫️ ��20-25 per quarter is charged for SMS alerts. ▫️Banks charge 1-3% as loan processing fees. ▫️If loan is paid on time, then loan pre-closure charges are levied. ▫️NEFT, Demand Draft charges are additional burden. ▫️KYC updates like signature changes also attract fee. आज एक ऐतिहासिक बैठक हुई। इसमें 338 जिला कांग्रेस के अध्यक्ष शामिल हुए, जो 13 राज्यों और 3 केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों से यहां आए। इस बैठक में कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष ��्री @kharge, नेता विपक्ष श्री @RahulGandhi, महासचिव (संगठन) श्री @kcvenugopalmp और सभी 13 राज्यों और 3 केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों के प्रभारी महासचिव या इंचार्ज मौजूद रहे। बैठक में दो तरफा संवाद हुआ, जिसमें हमारे शीर्ष नेतृत्व के साथ जिला अध्यक्षों ने भी अपने विचार और सुझाव रखे। कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष मल्लिकार्जुन खरगे जी ने कहा कि कांग्रेस पार्टी जिस संदेश और विचारधारा की लड़ाई लड़ रही है, उस लड़ाई को जिला कांग्रेस अध्यक्��ों के माध्यम से ही हर घर तक ले जाने का काम हो सकता है। वहीं, नेता विपक्ष राहुल गांधी जी ने कहा कि जिला कांग्रेस कमेटी एक नींव के समान है और कोई भी भवन मज़बूत नींव के बगैर खुद मजबूती नहीं हासिल कर सकता। श्री @ajaymaken ने भी बैठक को संबोधित किया और कुछ घोषणाएं की, जो आने वाले दिनों में हम आपसे साझा करेंगे। इस बैठक में चार प्रेजेंटेशन भी हुईं। • @s_kanth जी ने पूरे Structure को लेकर एक प्रेजेंटेशन की, जिसमें ये बताया गया कि कैसे चुनाव में मंडल तक की पार्टी यूनिट सक्र��य होंगी। साथ ही खरगे जी और राहुल जी ने जो वोटर लिस्ट का मुद्दा उठाया, उस पर कैसे प्रभावी ढंग से काम हो, कैसे उस पर निगरानी रखी जाए • मीडिया कम्युनिकेशन विभाग की तरफ से मैंने भी एक प्रेजेंटेशन किया कि मीडिया कम्युनिकेशन विभाग, जिला इकाइयों से क्या अपेक्षा रखता है, कैसे वो संदेश नीचे तक प्रसारित करें • @SupriyaShrinate जी ने सोशल मीडिया को लेकर प्रेजेंटेशन किया। वहीं, @VijayIndrSingla जी के प्रेजेंटेशन में बताया गया कि कैसे हम अलग-अलग जिलों में पार्टी प्रॉपर्टी को सुदृढ़ तरीके से इस्तेमाल में ला सकते हैं यह पहले चरण की बैठक हुई है। 3-4 अप्रैल को दूसरे चरण की बाकी राज्यों की बैठकें होंगी और AICC के गुजरात अधिवेशन से पहले ख़त्म हो जाएंगी। उदयपुर चिंतन शिविर में निर्णय लिया गया था कि DCC को मजबूत औ�� प्रभावी बनाया जाए। आज उसी दिशा में एक बहुत बड़ा कदम उठाया गया है। : AICC मीडिया एवं पब्लिसिटी विभाग के चेयरमैन श्री @Pawankhera

Sharing my opening remarks at the first leg of the meeting with District Congress Committee Presidents 1. I welcome everyone to this District Presidents' meeting today. We have participants from 13 states and 3 Union Territories present here. 2. The importance of this meeting is evident from the fact that we have called all District Presidents from across the country just before the AICC session. 3. In the 2024 Lok Sabha elections INDIA parties fought unitedly against the BJP alliance, restricting them to 240 seats. Our ‘Save Constitution’ campaign exposed BJP-RSS’ secret desire to change the Constitution. Today, BJP is short of majority and dependent on two allies. A Prime Minister who arrogantly claimed 400 seats was dealt a significant blow by us. 4. The Congress Party secured almost 100 seats. If we had worked harder, we could have gained 20-30 more seats. A gain of such seats could have led to the formation of an alternative government in the country. 5. Had we achieved this, we could have halted the systematic assault on our independent institutions, democracy, and the Constitution. 6. Our battle against the BJP and RSS continues both inside and outside Parliament. We must take this fight to the streets. हमें इस लड़ाई को ज़मीन पर और सड़कों तक ले जाना होगा। 7. District Presidents, your role is crucial. You are not just our messengers, but the generals of the Congress Party, leading from the front on the ground. Therefore, Rahul Gandhi ji and I recognized the need for direct communication with you. 8. It is essential to appoint the most capable, committed, and hardworking individuals to these positions rather than making selections based on local leaders' recommendations. 9. देश के सामने कई समस्याएँ हैं। The economy is in shambles. The rich are getting richer while the poor become poorer. Unemployment is at an all-time high. Skyrocketing inflation has resulted in the lowest household savings in decades. 10. Attacks on the poor, marginalized communities, women, and weaker sections of society are increasing. 11. The Congress Party has been demanding a caste census to prove our point and restore social justice. 12. In foreign affairs, countries like the USA are not only insulting our citizens, but also embarrassing us by imposing counter-tariffs. Meanwhile, the BJP governments at the Centre and in the states remain focused on creating communal disharmony to divert public attention. These communal issues are deliberately manufactured in the media to benefit BJP rather than the people. 13. Our fight is much larger! We must ensure the discourse remains centred on people’s issues. The BJP will try to distract, but You and Your Teams must bring the focus back to real concerns. राहुल जी की भारत जोड़ो यात्रा ने हमें दिखा दिया कि हम अगर लोगों के मुद्दे उठायेंगे, उनकी बात करेंगे तो लोग हमसे जुड़ेंगे। हम पर विश्वास करेंगे। 14. Most importantly, we must remember to work in unity with a long-term strategy to win elections at the state level. Our ideology is strong, but without power, we cannot implement it. इसलिए हमें हर प्रयास कर ख़ासकर, ऐसे राज्यों में संगठन को मजबूत करना होगा और सत्ता में वापस आना होगा। 15. Indian National Congress is 140-year-old party. We played a pivotal role in shaping the modern India. Leaders like Mahatma Gandhi, Pt. Nehru, Sardar Patel, Dr Rajendra Prasad, and countless others laid the foundation of the India we see today. 16. The independent institutions we built are now under attack by those in power over the past 11 years. Such institutions are being controlled by a handful of people with allegiance to a particular ideology. आज की सरकार लोगों में talent की जगह सिर्फ एक खास ideology को महत्व देती है। 17. Among the states represented here, we are currently in power independently in two (Karnataka, Telangana) and in alliance in one (Tamil Nadu). 18. Our guarantees should serve as a success story. The BJP tries to mislead and misrepresent our achievements. 19. Next year (March-April 2026), elections will be held in Assam, Kerala, Puducherry, and Tamil Nadu. It is your responsibility to ensure victory for every candidate in your district. We will work together, but you are our first line of defense on the ground. Your inputs will be crucial in planning our strategy, and we will take them into account. 20. Another critical area that requires attention is VOTER LIST management. You must have noticed the increasing discrepancies in voter lists, particularly in Maharashtra. 21. हमने इस समस्या से निपटने के लिए EAGLE टीम बनाई है। वो Election Commission के गतिविधियों के ऊपर लगातार निगाह रखे हुए है। 22. In West Bengal, the ECI itself admitted that Unique Voter IDs were not actually unique. The same Voter ID number had been issued to different individuals in different states. वो इस गलती को सुधार रहे हैं। 23. In conclusion, this meeting is of utmost importance. Many crucial discussions will take place today. Listen carefully because you are not just carrying forward our ideology but also the fight for India's future. 24. You must take our message to every household.
