ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಹಿಂದುಳಿದ ವರ್ಗಗಳ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಇಲಾಖೆ ವಿವಿಧ ಹಿಂದುಳಿದ ವರ್ಗಗಳ ಸಂಘ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳು ನೀಡಿರುವ ಮನವಿಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿ ಸುಮಾರು 155 ಹಿಂದುಳಿದ ವರ್ಗಗಳ ಸಂಘ - ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳಿಗೆ ರೂ.71.85 ಕೋಟಿ ವೆಚ್ಚದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಮುದಾಯ ಭವನ ಮತ್ತು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ನಿಲಯಗಳ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣಕ್ಕೆ ಪೂರ್ವಭಾವಿ ಮಂಜೂರಾತಿ ನೀಡಿದೆ.

ಇದೇನು ಫಲಾನುಭವಿಗಳ ಅಂತಿಮ ಪಟ್ಟಿ ಅಲ್ಲ. ಬೇರೆ ಬೇರೆ ಹಿಂದುಳಿದ ಜಾತಿಗಳು ನೀಡಿರುವ ಮನವಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕೂಡಾ ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿ, ಅವುಗಳಿಗೆ ಮುಂದಿನ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅನುದಾನವನ್ನು ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು. ಇಲಾಖೆಗೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲಾಗಿರುವ ಮನವಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕುರುಬ ಸಮುದಾಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸೇರಿರುವ ಮನವಿಗಳು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಆ ಸಮುದಾಯಕ್ಕೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಅನುದಾನ ಸಂದಾಯವಾಗಿದೆಯೇ ಹೊರತು ಉದ್ದೇಶಪೂರ್ವಕವಾಗಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ಬಗೆಯ ತಾರತಮ್ಯ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿಲ್ಲ.

ಕುರುಬ ಜನಾಂಗದ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಮಡಿವಾಳ, ಲಿಂಗಾಯಿತ, ಒಕ್ಕಲಿಗ, ಬೆಸ್ತ, ಬಲಿಜ, ಗೊಲ್ಲ, ಜೆಟ್ಟಿ, ಕುಂಬಾರ, ಅರಸು, ಹೆಳವ, ಸವಿತಾ ಸಮಾಜ, ಉಪ್ಪಾರ, ಗಾಣಿಗ, ಕುರುಹಿನ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ, ಹಾಲಕ್ಕಿ, ರೆಡ್ಡಿ ಈ ಜನಾಂಗದವರ ಸಮುದಾಯ ಭವನ ಮತ್ತು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ನಿಲಯಗಳ ಕಟ್ಟಡಗಳ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣಕ್ಕೆ ಪೂರ್ವಭಾವಿ ಆದೇಶವನ್ನು ಹೊರಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಈ ಆದೇಶವು ಅನುದಾನದ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಯ ಆದೇಶ ಅಲ್ಲ. ಅನುದಾನ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಗೆ ಸಂಘ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳು ಆಯಾ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಮುಖಾಂತರ ಜಮೀನು /ನಿವೇಶನ ಅವರ ಹೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಪುರಸಭೆ / ಪಂಚಾಯತಿಯಿಂದ ಕಟ್ಟಡ ಲೈಸೆನ್ಸ್‌, ಸಂಘ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ 3 ವರ್ಷದ ಆಡಿಟ್‌ ವರದಿ ಇತ್ಯಾದಿ ದಾಖಲಾತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಹಿಂದುಳಿದ ವರ್ಗಗಳ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಇಲಾಖೆಗೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
ಅನುದಾನ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಸರ್ಕಾರದಿಂದ ಮಾರ್ಗ ಸೂಚಿಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊರಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಮಾರ್ಗಸೂಚಿಗಳ ಅನುಸಾರ ಅನುದಾನವನ್ನು 3 ಹಂತದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಗತಿಯನ್ನು ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಅನುದಾನ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು. ಕಾಮಗಾರಿಯ ಪ್ರಗತಿಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರತಿವರ್ಷ ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿ ಅದರ ಆಧಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಂಜೂರಾಗಿರುವ ಹಣವನ್ನು ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು.

ಇದು ನಿರಂತರವಾಗಿ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ರೀತಿ ಅನುದಾನವನ್ನು ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡುವಾಗ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಆದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರವರ್ಗ 1 ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರವರ್ಗ 2A ನಲ್ಲಿ ಬರುವ ಜಾತಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಶೇ.70% ರಷ್ಟು ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರವರ್ಗ 3A ಮತ್ತು 3Bನಲ್ಲಿ ಬರುವ ಜಾತಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಶೇ.30% ರಷ್ಟು ಅನುದಾನವನ್ನು ಮಂಜೂರು ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು. ಪ್ರವರ್ಗ 1 ಮತ್ತು 2A ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಜಾತಿಗಳು ಇರುವ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಕೆಲವು ಸಮುದಾಯಗಳಿಗೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಅನುದಾನ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ನಮ್ಮ‌ ಆರ್‌ಸಿಬಿ ಮತ್ತೊಮ್ಮೆ ಐಪಿಎಲ್ ಚಾಂಪಿಯನ್ ಆಗಿ ಹೊರಹೊಮ್ಮಿದೆ. ಪಂದ್ಯಾವಳಿಯುದ್ದಕ್ಕೂ ಆರ್‌ಸಿಬಿ ಹುಡುಗರು ತೋರಿದ ಕೆಚ್ಚೆದೆಯ ಆಟಕ್ಕೆ ಎದುರಾಳಿ ತಂಡಗಳ ಬಳಿ ಉತ್ತರವೇ ಇಲ್ಲವೇನೋ‌ ಎಂಬಂತಿತ್ತು. ಸತತ ಎರಡನೇ ಬಾರಿಗೆ ಕಪ್ ಮುಡಿಗೇರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿರುವ ನಮ್ಮ ಆರ್‌ಸಿಬಿ‌ಗೆ ಅಭಿನಂದನೆಗಳು.

ಆರ್‌ಸಿಬಿಯ ಗೆಲುವಿನ ಸಂಭ್ರಮಾಚರಣೆಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಕೆಲವು ಮಾರ್ಗಸೂಚಿಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊರಡಿಸಿದೆ. ಇದು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸುರಕ್ಷತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಕಾಳಜಿಗಾಗಿ, ತಪ್ಪದೇ ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಪಾಲಿಸಿ.

ಇಷ್ಟು ದಿನ ಕಿಂಗ್ ಮೇಕರ್ ಆಗಿ ಟ್ರಬಲ್ ಶೂಟ್ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದ 'ಕನಕಪುರದ ಬಂಡೆ', ಈಗ ಅಧಿಕೃತವಾಗಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಯಾಗಿ ಕಿರೀಟ ತೊಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇದು ಕೇವಲ ಒಂದು ಹುದ್ದೆಯಲ್ಲ, ಅವರ ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಪರಿಶ್ರಮ, ನಿಷ್ಠೆ ಮತ್ತು ಜಿದ್ದಿಗೆ ಸಿಕ್ಕ ಪ್ರತಿಫಲ. ಸಿಂಹಾಸನದ ಮೇಲೆ ಕೂರುವ ಸಿಂಹದ ನಡಿಗೆ ಈಗ ಶುರುವಾಗಿದೆ..
