Salman Khan is once again threatening the paparazzi over taking pictures of actresses from behind.
But the irony here is hard to miss.
This is the same Salman Khan who, after shooting for Sultan, said he felt like a “raped woman” to describe his exhaustion.
This is also the superstar who popularised the double-meaning-laden “Baby Ko Bass Pasand Hai”.
Perhaps Salman should remember that the standards he expects others to follow should also apply to the industry he has helped shape.
This is NOT Rajkummar Rao. This is Varun Dhawan! But the resemblance between the two is absolutely striking.
Mind you, Varun has always sported this look. It is Rajkummar who has reportedly gained weight for his biopic on Sourav Ganguly.
Looking at Varun, though, the makers might just have found another contender for the role! But tell us, did you do a double take too? 👀
If a company needs social media influencers to hype its IPO, I’d have questions about what it is trying to achieve through the public offering.
Sahiba Bali recently posted a reel praising Jio Platforms Limited’s ₹30,000 crore IPO, the biggest in India’s history.
If Jio is confident about its business fundamentals and growth prospects, why does it need influencer-led promotion to sell its investment story to the public?
There is also a potential conflict of interest worth examining. Bali works as a sports presenter for JioHotstar, a Reliance-owned platform. When someone associated with the company’s wider corporate ecosystem promotes its IPO, shouldn’t the audience be clearly told about that relationship?
And then there is the question of accountability. Bali appears to have restricted who can comment on the post. If a company wants ordinary Indians to invest their hard-earned money, shouldn’t the people promoting its IPO be prepared to answer uncomfortable questions?
An IPO is not a consumer product launch. It is an investment proposition. Investors deserve facts, financial disclosures and a credible growth story, not just influencer hype.
Actors Sara Ali Khan and Ayushmann Khurrana recently visited the Wagah Border to promote their upcoming action-spy comedy Udta Teer.
The film features Ayushmann as a Pakistani agent who loses his memory and inadvertently triggers a series of hilarious mishaps in the high-stakes world of espionage.
But in an amusing twist, it was the Pakistani side that seemingly decided to take the Udta Teer during the promotional event.
As Ayushmann and Sara addressed the gathering on the Indian side, loud Coke Studio music blared from across the border, apparently in an attempt to drown out their speeches.
The stunt, however, appears to have backfired spectacularly. Instead of disrupting the promotions, it only gave the actors another viral moment.
Pakistan tried to drown out the promotion, but ended up amplifying it!🤣🤣
Has Salman Khan’s bodyguard Shera started working as a freelance security consultant for other celebrities as well?
At Kalina airport, a man looking like Shera was seen directing Virat Kohli back towards a car after the cricketer posed for the paparazzi. Who was he, and why was he escorting Kohli away?
Could this be linked to heightened security concerns among celebrities after the Lawrence Bishnoi gang claimed responsibility for the attack on Tiger Shroff?
This is Maharashtra Deputy CM Eknath Shinde meeting Tiger Shroff just hours after the assassination attempt by the Lawrence Bishnoi gang.
In my opinion, the meeting could have waited a couple of days. I can only imagine the psychological trauma of watching two gunmen open fire at you. Tiger deserved some time to process the ordeal, away from the cameras and political optics.
But what I found equally odd was Tiger remaining bare-chested while meeting the Deputy CM. Surely, he could have loosely thrown on a shirt. When a senior constitutional functionary visits you, a basic sense of decorum is expected.
An assassination scare is no photo-op. The priority should have been safety, privacy and peace of mind, not a public display for optics or for showing off six-pack abs.
Disha Patani was to perform at the JioGreen 2026 Navratri festival in Jamnagar when news broke that gunmen linked to the Lawrence Bishnoi gang had opened fire in Mumbai in an attack reportedly targeting Tiger Shroff.
Given their past relationship, Disha should have cancelled her performance and rushed to Mumbai in solidarity with Tiger.
Instead, the show went on.
Of course, an ex-partner is under no obligation to abandon professional commitments. But the episode shows an uncomfortable reality about Bollywood relationships: when the cameras stop rolling and personal crises hit, how much of that bond actually survives?
In an industry obsessed with image, money and stardom, genuine personal loyalty is far harder to measure than on-screen chemistry.
For the next few weeks, this could be the reality for Tiger Shroff and Salman Khan as they move around Mumbai.
With the threat attributed to the Lawrence Bishnoi gang, heightened security and tighter control over their movements may become unavoidable.
No casual public appearances. No predictable schedules. No unnecessary exposure.
When a threat is serious, even a routine outing can become a security concern.
They should hide their face whenever they move out of their house. It will be good for both their safety and for public
Tiger Shroff narrowly escaped a firing attack in Mumbai's Juhu area after unidentified assailants opened fire at his vehicle.
The Lawrence Bishnoi gang has reportedly claimed responsibility, alleging that Tiger ignored its warnings and continued working with Salman Khan.
Tiger escaped unharmed, while his driver and another person were injured and taken for treatment.
Mumbai Police are investigating the incident and have yet to confirm the gang's involvement.
Last time, Shahid Kapoor struggled to open the door of his Mercedes G-Wagon after a gym session, with the paparazzi capturing the awkward moment.
This time, he came prepared. A helper opened the door for him, but Shahid kept it ajar, seemingly mindful of his previous experience, before posing for pictures with fans.
Once bitten, twice shy! 😂
When did celebrities become Gods, and paparazzi become their punching bags?
John Abraham insulted a paparazzo for asking him to pose outside his residence. Now, Priyanka Chopra takes a dig at a photographer who asks her to stop and pose at the airport.
Yet, she stops to take pictures with her fans.
If privacy was the concern, that's perfectly understandable. But why mock a photographer for making a request, only to stop for someone else?
Celebrities have every right to say no. But respect shouldn't depend on who's asking.
And the real irony? The very paparazzi they look down upon are the ones who keep them in the headlines. Maybe it's time we stopped treating celebrities like royalty and started reminding them that fame doesn't put anyone above basic courtesy.
To her credit, Disha Patani honoured her professional commitment at the JioGreens 2026 Navratri event in Jamnagar and then immediately flew back to Mumbai to visit Tiger Shroff.
She could have easily stayed back in Jamnagar and returned on Monday morning. Instead, she made the effort to be by Tiger’s side just hours after the foiled assassination attempt by the Lawrence Bishnoi gang.
That speaks volumes about the person she is. She honoured her professional commitment without letting it come in the way of being there for someone who had just endured a terrifying ordeal.
That is what genuine friendship looks like. No grand declarations, no performative sympathy, just showing up when it matters most.
Tiger may have lost a girlfriend, but he certainly hasn't lost a friend. He's lucky to have Disha in his life.
Jaya Bachchan was recently spotted at Mumbai’s Durga Puja festivities, accompanied by her daughter Shweta Bachchan and filmmaker Ayan Mukerji.
What stood out, however, was the apparent lack of enthusiasm from people around her.
It is a common knowledge now that she has temperamental issues and frequent meltdown at people.
So there seems to be little effort from attendees to approach or greet her, while even other VIPs appear to maintain their distance.
When a public figure repeatedly makes headlines for confrontations with paps and sharp exchanges with people around them, that reputation eventually affect how others interact with them and perceive them.
Fame can command attention, but warmth and respect are built through behaviour. A little humility can go a long way.
And amidst all this family drama, one can only wish Amitabh Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan peace and happiness. 🙏
This is the Chapa Express, one of the most memorable experiences from my recent Vietnam trip. With its vintage-style interiors, private cabins and breathtaking views of the Vietnamese countryside, the train journey between Hanoi and Sapa feels truly regal.
And that's just one part of Vietnam's tourism appeal.
From the pristine beaches of Phu Quoc and the excitement of VinWonders and Vinpearl Safari to Da Nang's iconic Golden Bridge and the breathtaking landscapes of Ha Long Bay, Vietnam has established itself as a tourist hot favourite.
Why can't India do the same?
India has everything: mountains, beaches, forts, temples, wildlife and a rich cultural heritage. What we need is better infrastructure, cleanliness, reliable transport, tourist-friendly services and memorable experiences.
We don't lack attractions. We lack the ability to package and showcase them effectively.
What should India do to become a preferred international holiday destination?
