Spokane Homeless Connect -January 23 @ 10:00 am - 3:00 pm Join Disability Action Center NEW at the 2025 Spokane Homeless Connect. There will be many vendors with services for peo-pe who are homeless. DAC NEW will give away winter warming hats and scarves to those who need them.
