Serious Concern with @stripesupport @stripe - if you’re Kick streamer you may want to be aware and be prepared if this happens. (Please Read🚨) My Payout (1000+ Subs) for 1st March never hit my bank account. It’s been 16 Days of being ignored, disrespected on phone calls, lied too by Stripe staff members and told that my case is being investigated. After in-depth investigation from my bank. They have traced down the funds and confirmed the money was sent to my restricted closed account and funds returned back to Stripe immediately. (Proof below) All proof has been provided from the bank weeks ago and submitted to Stripe and unfortunately I am still being ignored. I am always told the case has been passed to escalation team however they don’t have an email address, they don’t have a physical person to talk too. They cannot provide me any updates and they hang up the phone and ignore my emails when I contact, including DMS on Twitter / X. The Managers do not want to speak to me either. My only advice I get is, “we are still looking into this and cannot provide updates.” They never acknowledge the mess up and the documents I’ve provided. What kind of business is this? Seems absolute shady that in 16 days there has not been a single update and my entire monthly pay check is missing. I have now hit the breaking point, it’s affected me so much mentally and financially. Has Stripe committed fraud with my payout which was funded by my generous community? It does not take 16+ days for an update or even a response confirming they received my documents from the bank. I need help. This needs a solution. Images below are proof of bank confirmation and some email interactions with Stripe. I have more proof of different staff saying different things and ignoring my emails. (I will create a thread below, if need be) Ps. Kick staff have been outstanding with responding and assisting with my situation. This is not got to do with Kick at all, as they have did their part. Please help me by commenting and liking / raising awareness of this.
