@cvsection@DrJessicaCampos I use BGCs and Solumbra. I will first get on clot with aspiration catheter. Unless I’m sure it’s a short segment clot, I tend to deploye a stentriever as well for distal control of the thrombus
Negative MRA per report but increased vascularity in Rt cerebellum suggestive of venous congestion. Stat DSA showed a small tentorial dural AVF with cortical venous reflux and small varix, a high risk for bleeding.
