My Channel “INSTINCT” is my passion and my livelihood and has been for the past 2 years with as much effort and time as I can possibly do.

Over the past month I’ve been dealing with automated responses and ignored emails and messages over what I greatly believe is a false claim on my channel flagged as “Misleading Family Content” which has removed all sources of income and even income from the previous months even before this “violation”

I’ve submitted many appeals and have desperately tried to get In contact with a real HUMAN from @YouTube. If my channel does contain misleading family content then so does everyone else in the niche of anime or anything close regarding to it.

It’s such a vague term that can be applied to millions of other creators, and while there are a lot that have been affected by this as well, many have been able to successfully get back monetization with enough exposure toward the situation.

So why don’t I deserve the same opportunity as everyone else?

All I’m asking for is a fair and real manual review to fully evaluate my channel that I know is following under all policy’s.

I will not give up on this situation or my channel or my fans. Not until we fix this.

My channel “yogplat” was terminated for “Spam/Scams policy,” but I genuinely believe this was a mistake and would really appreciate a manual review from the internal team.

I’m part of the YouTube Membership Bootcamp, involved in the YouTube Partner Creator Discord, and was even invited by YouTube to visit the YouTube headquarters in California. And was also Invited to attend the FIFA creator cup in New York. Because of that, it’s very difficult for me to understand how my channel could suddenly be classified as malicious or deceptive without this potentially being a misunderstanding or false positive.

I respectfully ask for one more careful human review of my channel and uploads.

@Joe2ShiestyLit Honestly. No evidence is also what upsets me. Like how can you demonetize without showing proof of evidence or anything regarding to what made it that way? It’s extremely disrespectful and unmotivating as a creator. Hurting there own kind and what keep the platform going.

@AnonymousMikeYT This is genuinely insane. Why is anything relating to cartoons or anime in the SLIGHTEST automatically considered “family content” and any form of content that uses that for any other purpose is automatically considered as an abuser of “misleading family content”. @TeamYouTube

Hello everyone, this is extremely urgent, so help me get this message out to as many people as possible.

YouTube has demonetized my entire channel again, and is withholding an AdSense payment of about $6,000. Not one video, but my whole entire channel. Again.

This is following my first demonetization, which ended on May 22. And just like the first one (which I had to wait out in full for 90 days), they accused me again of 'Misleading Family Content', which I have stressed repeatedly then, and must stress again now, is a bogus accusation against my channel.

This is infuriating and I cannot put into words how little they think of their creators when they repeatedly do this. I have no stable income source outside of YouTube. If this demonetization turns out like the last one (poorly), then my $6,000 June payout disappears, and I will have to wait until October 8 to wait out the required 90 days before resubmission. I am not in a position to be able to bear this without significant hurt.

Now more than ever I need resources on how to proceed. I have not filed any appeals yet or talked to any agent. My solution to the prior demonetization, which was to first file a formal appeal with an attached video, was a miserable failure, as I have documented repeatedly on my page. I was met only with automated responses and some dismissive managerial responses here and there, despite my appeal video and essay-length email to YouTube support where I exculpate my channel (and these were ignored). I cannot go through that headache again; I need real answers now.

Boost this to the rooftops, and for those who can help directly by sharing how to effectively proceed, I will be extremely grateful for that. For one, I need direct access with a real human at YouTube who is willing to talk one on one and who has decision-making power to reverse this.

This is ACTUALLY getting extremely disrespectful and laughable @TeamYouTube. After TWO WEEKS of not getting a response back, I tried to get in contact others way and they all led me to THIS email thread where it’s been “inactive” for 2 weeks.

And THIS is finally what I get back. A survey.

Seems like you can’t even be bothered enough to send another automated response anymore.

Great news! 🎉 After a manual review, two of my YouTube channels have now been reinstated, confirming they were not in violation of YouTube's Terms of Service.

My remaining channel, FAME YT, was terminated under the Circumvention Policy after the original enforcement. Since the original decision has now been reversed and two related channels have already been restored, I kindly ask if the team could also take another look at FAME YT.

I know YouTube is a huge platform and the use of AI for moderation is inevitable, but AI should NOT have the final say in whether a channel deserves to be terminated or demonetized.

Your own AI in Studio scored my channel authenticity at 92/100, so this is clearly an automated error in your system. I personally handled all the editing, paneling, redrawing, dubbing, and narrating myself. Please conduct a manual review of my channel. Thank you.
